Data Nexus by Dart Health checks every record before anything moves downstream, and stops when something doesn't fit. A bad record stops only that record. A file-wide problem, such as an accidental mass termination, stops the file. AI proposes what most likely went wrong, and a person on Dart's team decides.
Most loaders check format: the right columns and types, a file that opens. That's format accuracy. Content accuracy asks whether the values are true.
A file can pass every schema check and still terminate 400 employees by mistake, or end a member's coverage before it started.
You usually hear about a content error when a member tries to use a benefit and is told they aren't covered. Then it comes back as a complaint to an employer who's deciding whether to renew.
Every record goes through 5 layers of checks before it moves:
AI proposes. A person decides. The file waits.
Identity resolution runs above 99% across eligibility, claims, provider visits, and benefits data, on about 3 million records a month. Any match below the confidence bar goes to a person on Dart's team. See matching members without a shared ID.
A schema check tells you the file has the expected shape. Data Nexus also checks the content against the member's other records and against the last file from the same source, which is where most real errors show up.
It shows up as a spike in the share of members whose status changed since the prior file. The change threshold stops the file, and a Dart specialist confirms with the sender before anything is released.
No. AI drafts maps and proposes causes. A person verifies every map and decides every exception.
We'll show you where Data Nexus would have stopped it.
